• For the First Time, Audi Hungaria Engages Over 300 Interns at the Same Time

Audi Hungaria Enjoys Great Popularity among college and university students: it is for the first time in the company’s history that Audi has over 300 interns on board at the same time.There is good reason for the great interest in the company marked by four interlinked rings. Last year alone, over 100 interns were hired by the company under an employment contract.

“I am convinced that an internship at Audi Hungaria is the best choice for students. At the company they can participate in an attractive succession programme from the start, and they receive specialist tasks and support”, said Dr. Erzsébet Knáb, Managing Director for Human Resources. “A very important part of our personnel strategy is to retain the most talented young people at our company. Experience shows that by dedicated interns we gain motivated associates. They ensure the conditions for Audi’s progress and success in Győr.

During their field practice, students work on business projects. In addition to specialist training, non-specialist training sessions also constitute a part of the internship programme, including the development of communications and language skills.

Cooperation with the University plays an important role in the staffing strategy of the company, benefiting all participants: interns, universities, and Audi Hungaria alike. Thanks also to our well-coordinated succession programmes, for the fifth time in 2013, the company was awarded the title of “Most Attractive Employer” in Hungary.
