AUDI HUNGARIA MOTOR Kft. has won the “Most Attractive Employer” prize for the fifth time in Hungary. Employer Brand Research was conducted by the Aon Hewitt human resources consulting company and international student organisation AIESEC in cooperation with the CV Online job portal. The results of the survey reflect the opinions of 14,000 respondents (9,800 experienced and 4,200 career starter employees) on 243 companies from 13 sectors.

”I am very pleased with this recognition“ said Dr. Erzsébet  Knáb, Managing Director for Human Resources. “We offer our employees not only secure jobs in the long term, but also attractive future prospects and excellent career opportunities. We lay great emphasis on professional and non-professional training courses and offer numerous schemes for improving Employer Brand, for example flexitime, comprehensive health care and young mother integration, among other things.“

Employer Brand Research was a survey dedicated to measuring the employer brand of companies, including attractiveness and incentive tools.

The attractiveness of the company is evidenced by the fact that Audi Hungaria received over 40,000 applications last year. Audi Hungaria employs more than 9,000 staff at present. The Győr company is planning to create some 1,000 new jobs in 2013. Professionals are being sought especially for the New Car Factory, technical development, engine manufacturing and the tool factory.

Audi Hungaria lays great emphasis on securing the replacement of professionals. Undergraduate students have the opportunity to learn about the Győr company in job fairs, factory visits or trade days. In addition to these, talented students can acquire experience in replacement schemes such as Audi Adventure work placement and international trainee schemes on the company’s processes, technologies and products, and thus make progress in their professional development. Audi Hungaria is engaged in numerous research and development areas and professional projects in cooperation with the Széchenyi István University of Győr and the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. The car manufacturer holds professional presentations and events in both universities. Besides continuing to be an attractive employer, further key elements in our long-term human resource strategy are future-oriented collaboration with universities and building the future for the next generation.
